When Does My Payment Post?

Payments typically take 3 to 5 business days to post to your account after they are received. The exact timing depends on your payment method.

ACH and bank transfers

ACH payments are processed in batches on business days. If you submit your payment before 5:00 PM Mountain Time, it enters the next available processing batch. Payments submitted after 5:00 PM or on weekends and holidays enter the following business day's batch. From there, funds usually settle within 2 to 3 business days.

Credit and debit cards

Card payments are authorized immediately. However, it can take 1 to 2 business days for the transaction to fully settle and appear on your account.

Check payments

Check payments require additional processing time. Allow 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive your check.

Holidays and weekends

Banks do not process payments on federal holidays or weekends. If your due date falls on a holiday or weekend, submit your payment at least one business day before to avoid any late fees.

ACH payments submitted before 5:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day typically post within 2 to 3 business days. Payments submitted after 5:00 PM or on weekends and holidays take one additional business day to begin processing.

If your payment is not showing after 5 business days

Check with your bank to confirm the payment left your account. If the funds have cleared your bank but your Nomad account still does not reflect the payment, contact us and we can look into it on our end.
