      What protections exist for Resident Led Showings?

      • Prospective residents go through an ID verification process to book a showing.  This includes:
        • Facial recognition
        • Government ID verification
        • Verification against national database
      • After a tour, residents must verify the key is returned. If they do not, Nomad will notify you.
      • Nomad recommends that you perform weekly property checks while showing, to ensure it is secure and shows its best
