What is Nomad's Pet Policy? What does Nomad charge for Pet Rent?

Pet Allowance - Property owners dictate whether or not they would like to allow pets during their listing build. Contact a Nomad representative if you would like to update your pet policy at any point throughout the marketing period.

Pet Rent/Deposit/Fees - For each pet authorized on the lease, Nomad will charge a $200 pet move in fee, and $35 in pet rent monthly. Some states mandate that pet move in fees are refundable. Click here to see if pet fees are refundable in your state.

Nomad retains $10/month per pet, from the pet rent. This is used to cover increased premiums for our Property Protection Plan and manage additional pet-related risks. In addition, if the pet fee is non-refundable, Nomad also retains this for the same reason. By opting into this pet fee structure, owners are automatically eligible for Nomad's emergency pet damage reserve (up to $1000 in added protection per pet!). Learn more here.
