💡 Nomad is built with modern tech and local partners — not office overhead — so you get most of what a property manager does for less than half the cost.

• We don't make every decision for you. We don't have a single individual that manages your property. You're in control, and we're your co-pilot.
• We don't have boots on the ground or visit your home. That said, as a la carte offerings, we do have local agents who can show your home, inspectors who can inspect your home, and a network of vendors who can fix your home.
• We don't handle all your tenant communications. We do support your tenant and even help with many tenant communications if you choose our Professional Tenant Placement service. But you will communicate with your tenant as needed.
