While we and our partners strive to ensure showings are done safely, the security of the property is the Owner’s responsibility and we give Owners a variety of showing options. Owners have different experiences and concerns so we give options from Owner-led to Resident-led to Agent-led.
Nomad's Property Protection Plan does not provide coverage during showings. The Property Protection Plan is only valid during the term of your lease, if the Resident Benefits Package has been included in your lease.
