# Rent Advance

Need some cash for personal expenses or spiffing up your property? We've got your back! Instantly tap into up to 11 months of future rental income to fund home improvements, new investments, or whatever you need around the house.

Visit the [Rent Advance tab in your Owner Portal](https://nomadlease.com/portal/rent-advance?hsLang=en). Fill out the Rent Advance form for your [eligible property.](https://help.nomadlease.com/eligible-for-rent-advances?hsLang=en) After you hit the submit button, our team will send you an agreement to sign, and we will process your payment as soon as possible.

Once your agreement has been signed, funds are distributed to the owner within 1-2 business days during normal business hours.
