How does the renewal process work for our residents?

Nomad wants the process of renewing with your residents, or remarketing / releasing your property to be easy and safe. You will be notified about your residents renewal 90 days prior to the lease expiring and you can log into your owner portal to submit renewal terms. At this time you will have the option to re-market or extend renewal terms to your current resident.
