How does the renewal process work for our residents?

Nomad wants the process of renewing with your residents, or remarketing / releasing your property to be easy and safe. You will be notified about the renewal window opening 90 days prior to the lease expiring and you can log into your owner portal to submit renewal terms. At this time you will have the option to re-market or extend renewal terms to your current resident.

Your tenants will also receive text notifications informing them about the renewal window opening 90 days prior to the end of the lease to encourage dialogue with you.  If you choose to not renew and/or remarket the property, the notifications to the tenants will stop.  Please note it is the owner's responsiblity to communicate directly with the tenant on whether they are pursuing renewal or another path.
