# What license, tax, and other regulations do I need to be aware of?

Nomad serves the entire United States and does not stay up to date on local requirements. It is your duty as the property owner to stay informed of the regulations you must adhere to. Regulations can be set at the Federal, State, County, City, or other municipal levels.
