- Owner responsibilities:
- Owner has to do some work to set up and complete the showing
- Who
- All sorts of Owners use this option - some do the showing themselves, some use a friend, some have an agent friend use the DIY tool, some provide the access info directly to the inquiry
- How does it work?
- Interested renters find your listing online and inquire
- Owner receives that inquiry via email and also get their name and contact info in your Portal
- Owner sets up and completes the showing themselves as they best see fit
- That inquiry applies and Nomad does the screening

- It’s an unchaperoned tour which means there can be risk. While issues are very rare, they are possible.

- When an Owner signs up with Nomad they are mailed a Self-guided lockbox for the Owner to enter a key and hang on the door of the rental property
