If Owners aren’t satisfied with Nomad's services during their first 60 days on the platform, they can leave with no termination fee and be refunded their monthly Platform Fees.
Nomad Satisfaction Guarantee
If at any point during the first 60 days of your lease, you (Owner) can leave Nomad’s platform and have all Platform Fees (see Order Form in Portal) refunded.
You are not required to provide a reason for your dissatisfaction to receive the refund, though Nomad may request or require the completion of a brief survey.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
- Your property must have leased with Nomad after this offer was introduced and during the period Nomad is publicly making the offer.
- You must inform Nomad within 60 days from lease start date.
- Your property must be leased with Nomad at the time of your request, and you must be in compliance with the Nomad Terms of Service at the time you make your request. If Nomad has terminated your Terms of Service for lack of compliance prior to your request, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
- You may only redeem the Satisfaction Guarantee one time for one property during your time with Nomad.
Making a Refund Request
- If you are dissatisfied with Nomad’s performance for any reason, you must submit your request through your Portal.
- Requests must be made within 60 days following the start date of an active lease.
- Nomad will work with you and your resident to off board your property
- Requests must be made with respect to a specific identified property. If you have multiple properties, you must identify the specific property associated with a request.
- Refunds will be processed via your owner portal and bank account on file.
Refund Amount
- If you are eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee, your refund will be based on the Platform Fee and Billing Cycle details outlined in your Order Form in your Portal.
- The refund will only be applied to monthly fees, not Showing fees or the Onboarding Deposit.
- Your refund amount is limited to the following based on your Billing Cycle:
- Upfront - all monthly fees collected (Remember, request must be made 60 days from initial lease start date)
- Monthly - aggregate monthly fees, as of your request date
- Satisfaction Guarantee refund may be credited or otherwise withheld to cover any balances owed to Nomad through managing your property on the Nomad Platform (e.g. an unpaid work order invoice).
Nomad Terms of Service
- The Terms of Service you agree to when signing up with Nomad will govern all aspects of your relationship with Nomad except for the topics specifically addressed in this Satisfaction Guarantee. Any disputes related to the Guarantee will be governed by the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement terms of the Terms of Service.
