Does Nomad maintain direct relationships with maintenance vendors?

Not necessarily. Nomad works with Latchel, our maintenance operations partner, to establish and manage relationships with maintenance vendors in the network.

Each vendor is vetted during onboarding, and once active, both Nomad and Latchel monitor performance across key metrics such as acceptance rates, satisfaction ratings, and response times.

Nomad and Latchel maintain full control of the vendor network and can take measures to limit or remove vendors that are not performing in accordance with accepted service standards.
