Does Nomad maintain direct relationships with maintenance vendors?

Not necessarily. Nomad works with Lula, our maintenance operations partner, to establish and manage relationships with maintenance vendors in the network.

When a maintenance request is submitted, Lula assigns a pro from their managed network, schedules the visit, and reports back as the work moves along. Rates come from the catalog, and Lula is accountable for the result.

Lula maintains full control of the vendor network and can take measures to limit or remove vendors that are not performing in accordance with accepted service standards.
