# Is Nomad a full-service property manager?

## No; but we do most of what a PM does for a fraction of the price!

Nomad is not a local, full-service property manager. Nomad does not visit homes and does not have an individual that "manages" your property. However, Nomad is a digital property management tool that offers you financial protections and peace of mind you can't find anywhere else.
