Does Nomad provide inspection services?

We’ve partnered with a fantastic property inspection platform (Inspectify) that offers inspections starting at just $50! These inspections can include intermittent condition checks, move-in and move-out walks, and much more. We also offer free self-led Move-In and Move-Out inspections through RentCheck. These are sent out automatically but are optional for the owner and tenant to complete.

The cost of Inspectify inspections varies by inspection type and is as follows:

Move In - An inspection done prior to a resident moving into ensure it is in a good rental condition - $125
Move Out - An inspection done after a resident moves out to check the property condition. This is used to build a turn scope, understand if the resident receives their security deposit back and ultimately get the property ready for a new renter. - $125
Rent Ready - An inspection done after renovation work has been done on a property to ensure everything was remedied correctly - $125
Storm Damage Check - An inspection done post storm to ensure there is no major damage, or document it if there is - $50
Occupancy check - an exterior only inspection done to gather intel on whether a property is occupied or vacant when its unknown - $100
Lease renewal inspection - a resident occupied inspection done periodically to ensure renters are caring for the property. This is meant to be quick and lite - $115
