# How to Manage Your Renewal

## Now that your current lease is coming to an end, we wanted to provide additional visibility into what to do next - whether you’re renewing with your current residents or thinking about taking the property back to market.

- **Review Current Lease Terms**
- **Review Your Rental Estimate**
- **Connect with Your Residents**
- **Inspect Your Property (Optional)**
- **Draft a Lease Renewal OR Re-market Your Property**

- **If a renewal is not intended,** issue a notice of non-renewal to your tenants. Let us help you prep for a move out and marketing your property.
- **Occupancy change?** Let us know immediately so that we can screen any new applicants or ensure any remaining applicants are guaranteed rent eligible. *We recommend getting this process started ASAP.*
