# Finish Signing, Edit, or Cancel a Lease

## Need to finish signing, edit, or cancel and lease? As long as the residents haven't signed, you can still edit or cancel the lease by following these steps. Scroll in the frame to see next steps!

1\. **Click on Find Resident**

 2\. **Click on Applicants**

 3\. **Click on Resume Signing**

 4\. **Click on Edit** at the bottom right of the page.

 5\. **Click on Confirm** - This will cancel your lease. Your progress in the lease will be saved. You may need to refresh your page to see all the changes take effect.

Once you've cancelled the lease, you can edit it by going back to your portal and clicking on "Select Application" again.
