How does Nomad support me through the eviction process?Nomad supports property owners during the eviction process primarily in cases of non-payment. Here’s how Nomad assists:
- Legal Fee Coverage: Nomad will cover up to $5,000 of legal fees associated with the eviction process.
- Guaranteed Rent: Even during the eviction process, Nomad will continue to pay you guaranteed rent for up to three months of non-payment, helping to mitigate financial losses.
It's important to note that while Nomad provides financial support and guidance, the actual initiation and management of the eviction process, including legal actions, are the responsibility of the property owner. Nomad does not directly handle evictions or enforce lease terms as per our Terms of Service.
