How do I submit maintenance requests?

The owner of the property is ultimately responsible for maintenance on the property, so if you have a request, you will be able to either reach out to them directly or submit a formal request through our thirdparty maintenance coordinator, Latchel. They will then source a vendor and flag the issue to the owner in a timely manner.  You can submit a maintenance request via your Nomad Portal.
