How will I receive my lockbox for Resident Led Showings?
- Your lockbox will be shipped to the address you provided
- Install it on your door with a key inside
- After placing a resident, you will remove the lockbox and keep it for future showings
Your Self-Guided Lockbox Codes:
- Codes will be sent to you a few days before your Codebox is delivered
- Codes are also found on a piece of paper inside the package the Codebox arrives in
How to install your Self-Guided Lockbox:
- Enter the Shackle Code, press enter, push down and then pull up on the shackle to release. Hang the lockbox on your door.
- Enter the Door Code, press enter, then press the front of the box to open. Place a key inside.
- Notify the onboarding team you are ready for the next step!
