Nomad owners love their automatic digital rent payments.
Nomad initiates the monthly payment via direct deposit on the 5th of every month into the bank account of your choice. Typically, and depending on your specific financial institution, you will receive the payment within 3-5 business days.
If you want to see if Nomad has processed your payment, even if it hasn't been reflected at your financial institution, visit the Earnings page in your portal.
If you have recently changed your direct deposit information or it is your 1st payment, it may take additional time for the payment to process for your specific bank.
If your lease starts after a scheduled distribution day, your initial payment may be delayed until the scheduled distribution day of the subsequent month. In this situation, your first payment will include prorated rent for the first month, and the full second month's rent (less any applicable fees).
