How do I document the condition of the property upon moving in?

About 10 days before your lease start date, you will receive an email from hello@getarentcheck.com that will provide you with an inspection form to complete.  You will have 3 days after move-in to complete the inspection and submit it through the RentCheck app.  As per the terms of the lease, failure to report defects in that window is a binding admission that the premises are in good condition.
