How are maintenance requests handled?

Nomad gives you the choice in how you want to handle maintenance requests and our customers value the flexibility and cost savings of this. The process starts when your Tenant submits a request, which in the majority of cases is triaged by a live Latchel Agent. 

Once validated, you'll receive a notification via your Nomad Owner Portal to confirm how you'd like to address the issue and will be presented the option at that time to approve the work order. In instances where vendors are sourced on your behalf, you'll have visibility into the progress from your Portal and may be required to provide additional budgetary approvals based on the scope of work.
