How do you handle inspections?

Nomad gives Owners choice in how they want to handle property inspections and our customers value the flexibility and cost savings of this. With Nomad Owners can perform property inspections, have someone they know do it, or schedule a 3rd party inspection through their Owner Portal. We leave any visit to the property at the Owner’s discretion.
