      What if My Credit Report is Showing an Outstanding Rent Balance?

      If you as an applicant have an outstanding rent balance shown on your credit report, but you know it has been paid, Nomad takes a flexible approach to verifying:

      1. Proof of Payment: Applicants can submit proof of payment for the outstanding balance. This documentation does not need to be first reported to the credit bureau before Nomad reviews the application.
      2. Verification Process: Additionally, Nomad may conduct further verification by contacting the previous rental management to confirm the payment’s status.
