How long until I get my first payment?

Nomad pays you via direct deposit on the 5th of every month or first available business day if the 5th is a weekend. We think of it as the easy button for rent collection. If your lease starts after a scheduled distribution day, your initial payent may be delayed until the scheduled distribution day of the subsequent month. To confirm if Nomad has processed your payment, even if it hasn't been reflected at your financial institution visit the Earnings Module at https://nomadlease.com/portal/earnings

Processing times vary based on your financial institution and in some cases your initial payment may take longer to process than subsequent distributions.
