Nomad provides property owners with access to our $500k Property Protection Plan, which offers coverage for sudden or accidental damage caused by tenants. Property owners can find more details about the Property Protection Plan in the Property Protection tab in your Owner Portal.
The Property Protection Plan is paid for by our Resident Benefits Package, which is included by default on all of our listings. The Resident Benefits Package is paid for by the resident, and costs $45 per month.
If you would like to opt your resident out of the Resident Benefits Package, you can do so when creating a lease.
