# Do I get to use my own Lease?

No. Nomad has its own attorney-vetted and state-specific lease for each state. It’s designed to protect both you and the Tenant. We make it extremely easy for you and the tenant to execute the lease online via our platform. Note that Nomad's lease templates, like any other lease templates, may not stay 100% up to date with changes in local regulations. Consult an attorney to review if needed.
