Now that you know how to find your inquires, let's learn how to follow up with them:

1. Response Time is Crucial - Respond to your inquiries as soon as you can. Someone who is interested in your property, is probably interested in several properties. The sooner you respond, the higher likelihood of getting the prospect to schedule a tour!

2. Offer showing options - In your initial outreach to an inquiry, offer them showing times and offer to answer any questions. Here's a suggested template you can modify for your needs:

"Hi Joe, thanks for your interest in my property. I'd be happy to show you the property, I'm available tomorrow at 4 pm, or the next day at noon. Would either of those times work for you? If not, please suggest some times that would work for your schedule. If you have any other questions, please let me know!"

3. Do not ask an applicant to apply until they have seen the property - Each applicant must pay an application fee to apply. Ensure they are a fit for your property before asking them to apply.

Some things for you to keep in mind:

  • Nomad has not yet screened this prospects. If we have received self-reported information from them, we have shared it with you in the prospect details. However, we have not and will not verify this information until they apply.
