What’s my commitment to Nomad?

With Nomad, we commit to giving you peace of mind so that you can safely and easily manage your rental. The effective date is the moment you click "I agree" (or similar) or first use/access the Nomad platform or services — no signature required. The Terms of Service lasts for the length of the Lease signed with the Tenant. The most common scenario is that Owners renew with Nomad along with your existing Tenants.
