Change who is responsible for utilities in the lease

Learn how to change the financially responsible party for utilities in the lease

If you've already drafted your lease, click the edit button in the bottom right.

Your progress in the lease will be saved!

Go to the "My Listing" page in your Nomad portal.

If you are on a mobile phone, follow these steps to find the "My Listing" page.

Click the hamburger menu in the top right

Click the "My Listing" button

When you are on the "My Listing" page, open the "Amenities" tab and click to edit the utilities.

Edit utility responsibility in the pop up, click save.

That's it! Re-generate your lease to see the updated changes.
