# Change who is responsible for utilities in the lease

## Learn how to change the financially responsible party for utilities in the lease

### If you've already drafted your lease, click the edit button in the bottom right.

Your progress in the lease will be saved!

### Go to the "My Listing" page in your Nomad portal.

### If you are on a mobile phone, follow these steps to find the "My Listing" page.

Click the hamburger menu in the top right

Click the "My Listing" button

### When you are on the "My Listing" page, open the "Amenities" tab and click to edit the utilities.

### Edit utility responsibility in the pop up, click save.

### That's it! Re-generate your lease to see the updated changes.
