What if I sign up to work with Nomad and change my mind before my property is leased?

We understand that plans can change. If you decide to terminate non-subscription services before the end of the agreed term, you may be subject to an early termination fee. This fee is up to the total amount of your onboarding fee and is intended to reimburse Nomad for the costs or other expenses incurred in furnishing services to you prior to your termination.

Remember that Nomad offers a Satisfaction Guarantee that's worth considering. In short, "If Owners aren’t satisfied with Nomad's services after 3 months on the platform, they can leave with no termination fee and be refunded their monthly Guarantee Fees for the previous 3 months." Read more here.
