# I already have a resident. How can I work with Nomad?

That's fantastic! We're thrilled to have your resident join the Nomad journey with you. We will still guarantee your monthly rent. All your resident needs to do is pass our Guaranteed Rent eligibility. In the event that your current resident does not meet our requirements, don't worry. We’ll work together to ensure a smooth transition once your current agreement ends and place a new, thoroughly vetted resident. We’re here to make the process seamless for you.
