# Can I move in early?

We are not permitted to grant access to the property until your lease start date. If you would like to move in prior to that date, please discuss this with the property owner. Your lease will need to be amended before this can happen. The owner of the property can reach out to Nomad to amend the lease when you have both agreed on a new move-in date. Be advised that changing your lease start date will result in additional rent.
