How do I update my banking information, add another property ownership, or add an LLC?

To change your banking information:

1. Log into your Nomad Owner Portal

2. Select the Help tab on from the left hand navigation bar

3. Select "Payments" from the drop down menu and request a new secure banking form in the text box. Do not share banking information through the initial request.

4. Nomad will email you a new secure banking form in the next 2 business days. 

5. Fill out this form and we will update your banking information in our system

 

To update property ownership information (eg add a co-owner, add or change an LLC, etc.):

1. Log into your Nomad Owner Portal

2. Select the Help tab on from the left hand navigation bar

3. Select "General" from the drop down menu and detail the specific change you would like to make

4. Our team will work on your request and confirm for you via email when the request has been executed
